These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lumierex.nl (the "Website"), operated by LumiereX ("we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 93981929, registered address Baweanstraat 18-2, 1095 XZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. By using the Website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
The Website provides information about LumiereX's order fulfillment services (warehousing, pick & pack, domestic and international shipping, returns management) and allows visitors to request a quote. Submitting the "Request a Quote" form is a request for information only — it does not create a binding service agreement, order, or fee obligation. A commercial relationship only begins once both parties sign a separate services agreement.
You agree not to: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (c) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via our forms; (d) scrape, copy, or reproduce the Website's content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, and the LumiereX name and branding — is owned by or licensed to LumiereX and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written permission.
The Website and its content are provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that figures such as delivery times or country coverage will exactly match your specific circumstances at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiereX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. This clause does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law (e.g. for wilful misconduct or gross negligence). Liability arising from an actual fulfillment services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
